Project 1
3D Logo Design
Process Overview
For our first project in 3D Graphics, we took an already existing 2D logo and made it 3D. We started by identifying issues, causes, and areas of interest that we are passionate about. Then we reflected and wrote about why one particular area is personally significant. We then researched organizations or businesses that are connected to and support one or more of those areas we selected. Acting as graphic designers doing volunteer work to support a meaningful cause, we redesigned their already existing 2D logo as a 3D graphic - free of charge!
In order to complete the construction of a newly created 3D graphic, we used skills we learned to build the submarine exercise, which included primitive shapes, splines, shape expanders, and shape deformers. Lastly, we learned how to add color, materials, and lighting to make the new logo more contemporary.

Project 2 - Snowglobe
For our second project, we created snowglobes in Cinema 4D. This project focused largely on the use of materials like glass, metal, etc and how to use simulation tags to speed up animation. For this project, I made a traditional snowglobe with a happy little snowman in the middle using the computer program Cinema 4D.

Project 3 - Scooter
I modeled my scooter from a pretty basic image. I did not start with a template so I built the whole thing from scratch. It is a simple yet classic rendition of the scooter.

Project 4 - Gratitude Gift
For my 3D printed gratitude gift, I chose to make a teddy bear for my mom. I wanted to make a teddy bear for her because I know how much she loves them. She always supports me no matter what and this gift would reflect all of the appreciation I have for her.

Project 6 - Yayoi Kosuma
First, we created textures in photoshop to use on our projects. We then applied the textures we created into our rooms to enhance the image we were trying to create. The first room I created is colorful and bright, this is supposed to represent a moment in which I would like to cherish forever. The second room I created was more dark and resempled a moment in which I would like to destroy
